Dr. Sara Arzhang, born in Tehran in 1977, is a prominent specialist in ear, nose, throat, and head and neck surgery. She began her medical education in 2006 by entering the general medicine program at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. After completing her general medicine training, she pursued a specialized degree in ear, nose, throat, and head and neck surgery in Tehran, which she finished in 2017.

Following her specialization, Dr. Arzhang spent four years fulfilling her mandatory service in Larestan, Fars province. She then developed an interest in rhinoplasty surgery and the use of advanced techniques like piezo surgery and received training under international and German professorsDr. Arzhang has also completed her subspecialty and fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the IFACE Academy under the guidance of renowned international professors. She holds several international certifications in injections, thread lift, and fat injection. Currently, she specializes in rhinoplasty surgery in Tehran.
